We believe that mentoring youth today will create successful leaders tomorrow.

If one person can affect change in their community it can be a ripple effect to benefit the nation at large.

What we do.

The Consortium Leadership Foundation (CLF) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to teaching leadership skills, developing partnerships and empowering our youth to lead. We do this several ways including providing hands on training, mentoring and scholarships through the Harris Scholars Program. CLF also partners with organizations to provide financial assistance and opportunities for students to have opportunities in the entertainment industry. Our goal is to encourage and inspire the next generation of leaders to be great and to change the world.

We Believe.

Our belief begins with action and we teach our students to take the lead on projects and own them.  We want this generation to be responsible and create their future. Our goal is to inspire you to greatness.

We Collaborate.

The Consortium Leadership Foundation will work with educational, social, inspirational, and grassroots organizations to enhance skills, provide specialized immersion experiences and provide leadership training for students from high school to collegiate graduates.  Our goal is to assist our students in starting off their careers with a firm foundation.

We Support.

We encourage all of our visitors to become a part of our community by getting involved.  You can 1) offer services to our programs, 2) support our fundraisers, or 3) make a donation to our scholarship program.

Want to help?

Thousands of people like you help us stand for a greater future for all. Donations are gratefully accepted.

Scholarships

The Harris Scholars Program was named for the late Drs. Rudolph and Janette Hoston Harris. This scholarship provides funds through various organizations and universities.  It includes general scholarships, endowed funds, book scholarships, and general gifts.

Legacy

“Fearlessness means taking the first step, even if you don’t know where it will take you. It means being driven by a higher purpose, rather than by applause. It means knowing that you reveal your character when you stand apart, more than when you stand with the crowd.”
